In 2004 we were appointed Cornwall's only Epson Express Centre a position we held for over three years, when Epson decided that customers coming from areas such as St. Austell, Bodmin etc where travelling too far, they decided to open two more Epson Express Centres in Cornwall. This meant we would have a reduced work load, and the scheme became non-viable for us to continue, as our business-to-business IT support was double yearly!

However we still as Epson A4 Certified Inkjet Engineers offer services for the Epson Product range out-of-warranty:

Common Problems:

"Service Required. Parts inside your printer have reached the end of their service life"

We charge £25.00 to take out, clean the waste pads and reset the software in your Epson Printer so that it will continue on printing. We also run a poweful head clean in order to improve print quality.

Paper Jams: We can also help clear paper jams, foriegn objects, refit rollers.

Print Quality: If you have missing colours on your print test page, or banding in images then your probably have nozzels blocked, which is very common. If you are using third-party (non Epson) they often don't have the same cleaning agents, so they often dry into the head and block it. Usiing the standard software clean, sometimes makes it worse.

Using our specialist software we can do powerful cleans, which will help dislodge the dirt; we also have geniune Epson ink to use to flush through your heads, if that fails we also have special cartridges which we can fill with a cleaning agent, using this with our software normally solves all our problems.

As our workshop isn't open the public we have a chain of Service Centre's who will be happy to accept in your Printer, they will issue you our receipt our engineers will then collect, repair and return the item for you to collect from the centre you dropped it into.

RJF our at finest partner in running a collection centre for our loyal customer base of home users to drop in Computers, Laptops and printers in for repair, we then repair, and return to the above address. This saves us the cost of running a seperate location to accept home user jobs, and keeps the costs lower for the customers.

Directions: Take the first exit from the A30 into Camborne, you will come to a double roundabout, going left will take you towards Redruth, passed Cornwall College, McDonalds, B&Q, Comet etc however if you turn right you will go downhill towards Camborne. As you get to the bottom of this initial hill you will see a turning on your left, with a very large old fashioned building. There is a DIY/Hardware supply shop called "Warrior Warehouses" and you will see RJF Audion Visual from the road as you come down the hill, it is the door on the corner next to the Bed Centre, for parking you should turn left from the hill and park on the road outside Warriors.
