Ellerslee Ltd: As part of our continued relationship with Ellerslee Ltd who have recently moved to Cardrew Industrial Estate in Redruth to support their expansion, we are now also responsible for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for their web site www.ellerslee.com and we have succeeded in getting them onto the top pages of many major search engines including google.co.uk for their chosen search terms i.e. "SIPS cornwall".

H&A Waste Services (Redruth): We have just completed an upgrade to Sage Accounts 2008 Professional and Sage Payroll 2008 to replace Sage Line 50 v12 across their network which we did remotley overnight to prevent any major downtime for users.

Mid Cornwall Saw Services (St. Dennis): We were called in due to a major problem with their existing Sage Accounts software running on their Windows Vista network. We quickly solved the initial problems with the network, and then supplied Sage 50 Accounts 2008 Professional and Sage 50 Payroll 2008 as a replacement to their existing Sage sotware. While doing this we supplied a free domain name www.midcornwallsawservice.co.uk to host their personalised email accounts, to make use of the email features of Sage.

Update: Mid Cornwall Saw Service's owners were very pleased with the upgrade and signed up to a remote/telephone/on-site support contract with ourselves to continue our relationship.

Primrose Valley Hotel (St. Ives): We are pleased to have been chosen by Andrew and Sue Biss of the lovely Primrose Hotel in St. Ives to install their first server in this case a Microsoft Small Business Serve. Primrose Valley Hotel have been a customer of ours since July 2007 when we solved some long-term network problems, and Rojer Issacson of Forward-ITC recommended us to Andrew and Sue as a company that could solve their network issues. Andrew Biss told me personally when we gave us the go ahead on our server recommendations "we would normally get several quotes, but after our experiences with other so called IT specialists in the past, now we wouldn't use anyone else - take that as a big compliment".

West Country Blinds (Hayle): West Country Blinds choose us recently to solve their ADSL problems, which we did in a couple of hours with a low cost to themselves. We then discussed a server, and provided them a quotation we have since installed a Microsoft Small Business Server and moved them to running Sage Accounts 2008. There fitters now have Outlook Calendars which are controlled from the office and they can access this information from home, mobiles, PDA's or the office computers, as well as emails, client contacts and other vital information, it also provides a robust backup and system monitoring as well as supporting company growth for many years.

Mullion Youth & Community Centre: We are pleased to welcome Mullion Youth & Community Centre as a new customer, we will now be looking after their office computer network of over 15 PC's plus there Microsoft Small Business Server and Cyber Cafe. We are providing daily monitoring for reliable performance and backup as well as quick response during emergencies.

Update: We have provided Mullion Youth Centre a free Domain Name www.mycc.org.uk to host their email accounts and untie them from their ISP email, as well as a better domain name for their web site to be hosted on.

AA Quality Meats (Padstow): We worked closley with 'The Computer Shop' in Wadebridge to supply the correct version of Sage for AA Quality Meats so they could move from using a paper invoice system over to their first electronic accounts package. We recommended Sage Accounts 2008 Plus as they required a customised price list for each customer they deal with. They purchased this and we did a full day installation and training session in February and will support them during their transition period.

Update: We have just moved AA Quality Meats to their own Domain based email to get away from being trapped by their ISP email constraints and also make use of the Sage email features.
