Planet Showrooms (St. Earth): We are pleased to have finished installing and configuring ACT 2009 to provide Planet Showrooms a customer relationship database to ensure they continue to offer top quality service.

Origin Coffee (Falmouth): In September we finalised a project with Origin Coffee the Cornish Coffee brand. Origin are users of Sage ACT and Sage Accounts so working with an accredited partner made sense. They needed a solution to improve the speed of their ACT, solve some general IT issues but mainly to enable their Sales Force to access Sage Accounts, Sage ACT, Full Outlook Emails and Documentation while working from their external offices or on the road.

We have deployed a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 solution running ACT 2009 and Sage Accounts in Terminal Services Mode. This allows them to take advantage of the new RemoteApp feature and run Sage, ACT and Microsoft Office as RemoteApps giving them access to the latest live data and improving security as the databases never leave the Head Office.

H&A Waste Services (Redruth): We have just completed an upgrade to Sage Accounts 2008 Professional and Sage Payroll 2008 to replace Sage Line 50 v12 across their network which we did remotley overnight to prevent any major downtime for users.

Mid Cornwall Saw Services (St. Dennis): We were called in due to a major problem with their existing Sage Accounts software running on their Windows Vista network. We quickly solved the initial problems with the network, and then supplied Sage 50 Accounts 2008 Professional and Sage 50 Payroll 2008 as a replacement to their existing Sage sotware. While doing this we supplied a free domain name www.midcornwallsawservice.co.uk to host their personalised email accounts, to make use of the email features of Sage.

Update: Mid Cornwall Saw Service's owners were very pleased with the upgrade and signed up to a remote/telephone/on-site support contract with ourselves to continue our relationship.

Primrose Valley Hotel (St. Ives): We are pleased to have been chosen by Andrew and Sue Biss of the lovely Primrose Hotel in St. Ives to install their first server in this case a Microsoft Small Business Serve. Primrose Valley Hotel have been a customer of ours since July 2007 when we solved some long-term network problems it was in fact Rojer Issacson of Forward-ITC that introduced us to Andrew and Sue in the summer of 2007. Andrew Biss told me personally when we gave us the go ahead on our server recommendations "we would normally get several quotes, but after our experiences with other so called IT specialists in the past, now we wouldn't use anyone else - take that as a big compliment".

We then discussed a server, and provided them a quotation we have since installed a Microsoft Small Business Server and moved them to running Sage Accounts 2008. There fitters now have Outlook Calendars which are controlled from the office and they can access this information from home, mobiles, PDA's or the office computers, as well as emails, client contacts and other vital information, it also provides a robust backup and system monitoring as well as supporting company growth for many years.
